The Windhaven Surgery Center is conveniently located on the 2nd Floor of the Windhaven Medical Plaza at the corner of Windhaven Parkway and Communications Parkway in Plano, Texas. We are in between Midway Road and the North Dallas Tollway.

There is plenty of parking adjacent to our building.
