I have an upcoming procedure. When should I stop eating and drinking? Please stop eating and drinking at midnight, the evening prior to your procedure.
Do I need a ride? You will be required to have a ride to your procedure and back home from and friend or family member. This person must be present and will speak to our team prior to your discharge.

I have an upcoming procedure. When should I stop taking my blood thinners? Please stop taking your blood thinners 72 hours prior to your procedure time.
What should I bring on the day of my procedure? Please bring a list of your medications (or bring your actual medications), a valid form of identification, your insurance card, and a form of payment.
What should I wear the day of my procedure? Please come clean and comfortable, wearing soft, loose-fitting clothing. Refrain from wearing jewelry if at all possible.
WHAT OUR PATIENTS SAY
It was great to not have to drive all around Dallas to get to all of my appointments.
I liked having a single team taking care of me. I had a surgical procedure, and it was great seeing familiar faces the day of my surgery.
Windhaven is in the perfect location for me. I live in Plano, so being able to go to one place that is close to home to see my doctors has been a blessing.
